Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the fashion items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.
Package and Ship
Ensure all original tags are attached and the items are unworn before dropping the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
